Meet The Team

Chiropractor and Founder

Kirsti graduated from The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of Glamorgan (now called the University of South Wales) in 2002.  Kirsti is a Certified Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner (CCWP) gaining a detailed understanding of how our lifestyle choices impact our future health. Kirsti has attended numerous pediatric and pregnancy seminars and is trained in Webster, Activator and NIP techniques. Since graduation Kirsti has gained a deep understanding of the principles of Chiropractic, recognising the innate healing ability of the body, and the role the spine has in protecting your nervous system and unlocking your potential to heal and thrive.

Kirsti grew up in South Norfolk. She is married to a rugby loving South African, hence her long surname. They have three beautiful daughters and a loveable labrador called Ludo. Kirsti enjoys keeping active, taking long walks in nature. She loves eating good food with friends and family, and is often found reading whilst sipping hot tea.

Remote Chiropractic Assistant After graduating from the University of Plymouth in 2005, Isy spent eight years in the surf industry before transitioning into chiropractic care following the arrival of her eldest daughter. She has now worked as a Chiropractic Assistant for over 12 years, managing diaries for more than 30 practitioners. A passionate advocate for chiropractic, Isy has experienced its benefits first-hand, having received regular care for over 35 years. Her two daughters also receive ongoing chiropractic treatment, reinforcing her belief in its value. In 2020, Isy launched her own remote chiropractic clinic management business. She now supports multiple chiropractors by managing diaries and assisting patients, working alongside her close friend and colleague, Katherine. Isy lives in Ryde on the Isle of Wight with her husband, two daughters, Ozzy the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and their ragdoll cats. She enjoys coastal living and exploring new places in her camper van.

Remote Chiropractic Assistant

Katherine lives on the beautiful Isle of Wight with her husband, 3 children and her children’s bearded dragon, Greg.  Raised in Surrey, she escaped to the seaside in 2012 and has never looked back.  After a brief career as a primary school teacher, she began work as a chiropractic assistant in a local clinic in 2018, having discovered the wonderful world of chiropractic when her middle child received care for poor sleep as a toddler.  She now works as a remote chiropractic assistant with her good friend Isy, supporting Kirsti to provide the best possible care for her fabulous clients.

Katherine loves cooking, knitting, reading and taking long, bracing walks by the sea (as long as there is a cafe involved).

Frequently Asked Questions

Some people experience mild temporary soreness after an adjustment, similar to how you might feel after starting a new exercise. We will always discuss any potential risks with you beforehand.

Your safety and wellbeing are our priority.

  • There is no one-size-fits-all answer.

    Your recommendations will depend on:

    • How long the problem has been present

    • Your overall spinal health

    • Your lifestyle and work demands

Some people choose short-term care for symptom relief. Others continue with periodic visits to support long-term spinal health. The choice is always yours.

It is also normal to experience mild post-treatment soreness or temporary changes in symptoms as your body adapts.

Healing and adaptation are not always linear processes.

  • No.

We will make recommendations based on our clinical findings and experience, but ongoing care is entirely your decision.

All fees are explained clearly before care begins, with no hidden charges.

If a care plan is recommended, you will understand the costs and commitment upfront so you can make an informed decision.
